Submission privacy & operating limits
KappaPater stores your signed-in email, release metadata, uploaded audio and artwork, review history and submission permissions so the operator can review and respond. Only the submitting account and authorized operator can access submission records and files through this portal. Material is not automatically published or sent to a distributor. No artist signature, copyright registration, split approval or payout is created.
Withdrawing marks a submission inactive; files and history remain retained for administration. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact bigreign22@gmail.com with your release reference. Do not upload identification, banking details or material you lack permission to share. This initial service supports single-track intake and a small review queue. It is independently operated and is not affiliated with EngineEars, Universal Music Group, Virgin Music Group or FUGA.
