Table rules and privacy

Solo practice: Difficulty, computer pace, hints and takebacks are available only in local practice. Takebacks restore your last decision and the computer replies after it; earlier Spades hands cannot be reopened. Hints are suggestions, not guaranteed winning moves. Recent moves are public actions only. One human plays against built-in computer opponents. Spades has head-to-head and four-seat team practice. In team practice, a computer partner joins you. Decisions run in this browser without external AI or paid services; practice is casual, not a ranked or expert engine. Opponent cards stay face down; computer card choices use only their own hand and public play. Solo games are not saved and do not create an online room.

Spades: Choose two-player head-to-head or four-player teams. Head-to-head uses a house deal: 13 random cards each; the other 26 are unused and hidden for that hand. Each trick has two cards; bids, nil, bags and the 500/−200 finish apply to each player individually. Team mode uses four players; Players 1 & 3 versus 2 & 4. Standard 52-card deck, ace high. Bid 0–13; 0 means nil. Follow suit. Spades are trump and must be broken before leading unless you have only spades. No jokers or blind nil. A made team contract earns 10 points per bid trick plus 1 per overtrick; a missed contract loses 10 per bid trick. Nil earns +100 with zero tricks or −100 otherwise. Failed-nil tricks do not fulfill the team contract and count as bags. Ten bags cost 100 points. Highest team score wins when a team reaches 500 or falls to −200; ties continue. Host deals each new hand.

Color Clash: An original color-matching game inspired by shedding card games such as UNO, with its own design and house rules; no affiliation with Mattel. Seven cards each. Match color or symbol, or use a wild and choose a color. Skip, reverse and draw-two cards affect the next player. A draw-four is allowed only with no card of the current color; the server enforces this. Draw one; if playable, play that drawn card or pass. Draw penalties are immediate and skip that player; no stacking or draw-four challenges. Two-player reverse skips the other player. One-card call is automatic. First to empty their hand wins one round, not a 500-point match.

Chess: Player 1 is White. Legal moves enforce check, castling, en passant and all four promotions. Checkmate, stalemate and common dead-material draws are detected. Threefold repetition and the fifty-move rule can be claimed on your turn; fivefold repetition and seventy-five moves each are automatic draws. No clocks, tournament arbiter or rating system.

Checkers: American/English-style 8×8 board. Player 1’s red men move first. Diagonal forward moves and forward captures for men; kings move and capture both ways. Captures are required; continue a multi-jump with the same piece. You can choose among captures. Crowning ends that turn. A player with no legal moves loses. This table automatically draws after 40 moves each without a capture or a man move.

Connect Four: Dogs use red discs; dinosaurs use gold discs. Two players drop their animal discs into columns. First to connect four horizontally, vertically or diagonally wins. A full board without a winner is a draw.

Privacy: Only your own cards are sent to your browser in multiplayer. Your device stores a random seat key so you can reconnect; do not share that key or this browser’s storage. The server stores room state and hashed seat keys. Game seats use generic labels. Optional Friends nicknames, friend requests and game invitations are stored privately by browser player key; no emails, chat or payment details are requested. Friends are a separate list from the site’s other services. Expired rooms are inaccessible; expired records may remain until cleanup. Closing clears the game immediately. Avoid creating a room on a shared device if you need to keep your hand private.
