Know who is protecting your event.
Verify the provider.
Check the company's license and relevant guard credentials through the Alabama Security Regulatory Board. Ask for current insurance, a written scope, named event contact, hours, staffing and cancellation terms.

Unarmed coverage, armed services, screening and any guest-removal procedure require the provider's review and applicable authority. An inquiry, a uniform or a disclaimer does not grant police powers or authorize unlawful searches, detention or force.
The provider must establish what it is legally permitted and contracted to do. This page provides general planning information, not legal advice.
Mental health matters. Ask prospective providers about calm communication, de-escalation training and respectful treatment of guests. This does not replace emergency medical or mental health care.

For private meetings, clubs, concerts, parties, corporate gatherings and community events. This section is open to event organizers; healthcare employment is not required.
Use city and state only. Do not submit an exact private address, guest list, vulnerabilities, access codes, weapon details or medical information. Share sensitive logistics directly with the selected provider after it is confirmed.

Inquiry terms & privacy.
Security inquiries are submitted to the KappaPater operator. The site is not representing itself as a licensed security company and has not confirmed a participating provider. No employment, subcontract, insurance coverage, security service agreement or guarantee of safety is created by submitting an inquiry. No payment is collected.
We store your site-specific account identifier, signed-in email, contact name, event city/state, date, event type, guest estimate, hours, preferences, summary, consent and review status. You and the operator can access your requests; they are not published to other members. A minimal email alert containing the inquiry reference and owner inbox link is requested through FormSubmit to bigreign22@gmail.com. Applicant names, contact details and event information are not included in that alert. Email delivery depends on recipient activation and the email service; the private saved inquiry remains the primary record. No automatic forwarding to security providers occurs. Sharing your contact details with a provider requires a separate arrangement with you.
Records remain until deleted by you or the operator. You can remove a request from My private inquiries. Minimal daily submission counters may remain for abuse prevention.
